Hi to everyone. I think it is convenient to tell my story. Sorry about my english. It is not perfect.

Hair loss began at a very early age, around 14 years (today I am 33) (I remember I was in 3rd ESO). By 18/19 I was almost ready, with very very fine hair all over my head, at which time I went to a dermatologist, who prescribed me finasteride, minoxidil and a frequently used shampoo. The improvement in 6 months was absolutely brutal, I had more hair than in my whole life.

I continued taking the finasteride approximately until 24/25 years, at which time I left it for the side effects. I have to clarify that I did not know anything that could generate side effects, and when I began to see that the thing did not work as it should, it was when I began to investigate on the subject.

Since then I have only been with Minoxidil. I have to say that even years after leaving the fine I had very good hair, but in the last 6 years that I have been with my current partner, alopecia has advanced a lot and today is in a high degree (which I do not know how to classify ).

At the moment I use Minoxidil Viñas twice a day, shampoo with ketoconazole three times a week (I started not long ago) and the rest of days a shampoo without parabens, sulfates, etc. It carries Saw Palmetto, Arginine and more compounds.

I leave here some photos of my current state

The question is simple. What do you recommend? I have been reading in recent days about the topical finasteride mixed with minoxidil at the finastopic base with good results in some users who had not done well with the fine side.

I have also read you about RU58841 and the truth is that it looks good.

I am missing something so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I've warned him to promote this as an alternative treatment and not repeatedly. Like to a new user you state what works first. Keep me updated. I want to give him the benefit of doubt first. Next one will be a perm ban if he carries this on.

You're welcome to post in alternative for sure and if you have some studies on it (so some science), it's also welcome in the new research section. What you mustn't do is spam it everywhere, a couple of threads are enough. If we feel it's spammy, then we have a problem. Like in this thread it's hard not to think it's spam. A new guy asks for help and you list the lotion as the only choice and with no explanation. If you listed finasteride and Minoxidil and then said something you're trying is also helping e.t.c. I gave you the benefit of doubt after seeing your older posts and 3 year history/IP.
