Make brotzu's lotion (not yet GB!)

In this thread we discuss how to make brotzu's lotion and maybe set a GB.
Discussion about fidia and commercialization of his product is in the another thread.
Since I expect that we must wait AT LEAST another year for that, I think we want to know soon if the wait worth the while.

First part:
At the bottom of that link is written that the best recipe is that used in group A.
Let's list every ingredient and how much can it cost.
Its composition is:
-Phosphatidylcholine (Lipid S75 Humangrade) 1 g
-DGLA 1.25 mg
-S-Equol 7 mg
-Ethanol 1 ml
-L-propionylcarnitine 7 mg
-Stearylamine 30 mg------>( 10 mg is less effective, if you read all you will see it!) <----Please someone check what's the best quantity: 10 or 30 mg?
-Sterile water 5 ml


Let's check every ingredient:

They are very common, so I don't consider them...


DGLA: first of all, is not essential, if I understand well...
In the beginning of brevetto:

Please, tell me if the link are correct (maybe I miswrite the chemical formula).
Let me know if we can use a substitute for some ingredient (example we can use "*****" instead of s-equol, that is less expensive or works better...)

It costs 3000 dollars, so I think we have not so much money. But maybe someone has a pharmacist or chemist friend that can help us.
Can we use a substitute for this? Is it essential and why?
Because maybe we can build something with arduino that creates ultrasound.

UPDATE: It seems that an ultrasound cleaner is good for this purpose, and it costs 20-50 $.

I think we have to buy among all an ultrasound machine to copy the formula of Dr. Brotzu 100%. But I think we should talk to Dr. Brotzu before doing anything . I guess Dr. Brotzu will not want to help because he might have problems with Fidia , but maybe he can guide us .
I'm from Spain but Italian foreros that could contact the Doctor Brotzu .
Fidia do we know that will delay the sale of the lotion ? Why do more tests? We Podem not wait any longer.

Trust me, this is for laboratory tests, that's the reason for these prices. Saw this in the past with many other substances with these prices and at the and it was 100€ for 10g or something like this so don't be afraid. We only need to find the right source.

As I said in another thread, I think it would be great if one knowledgable and trusted member could volunteer to mix a big batch and then he distribute it to us. We can all prepay and help to find best source of ingredients.

I have the person who can mix this, this wouldnt be a problem for me. Its more important to find a source for the ingredients. Im pretty sure I know a very very good laboratory which could help us. But we need to be enough people. They usually start synthesis if there is a group buy of people who would order 300-500g of one substance.
And no its not kane, its much more reliable than kane. This laboratory is sitting in Europe and many people got there Seti from this source in a bigger gb. This laboratory could help us for sure but we need to be enough people so we should start a "gb-thread" where people can write if they are interested in s-equol and DGLA and how much they would buy...

@FCKW36: you should ask them what can be the price for a GB of about 10 people for a lotion that lasts at least 2-3 months. Brotzu's tests were about 120 days longer, so if it does not work in 2 months, we 'll go to Brotzu's home and :alien:...
Please, send to them brotzu's brevetto and ask them if they can copy the lotion entirely.

Hardly. I'd be surprised if they even knew this forum existed. If they did on the off chance It would only show them people want this product.
