There are only 2 possible scenarios why Dr Brotzu chose this pathetic company for production: 1)He is dumb 2) He approached big players like Merck,Novartis,Bayer etc but he wasn't satisfied with the contract and possible personal profits.

Come promesso ho scaricato il bilancio 2015 di Fidia (pagando) e la società è tutt'altro che in difficoltà. Nel 2015 ha riportato un utile operativo di 38 milioni di €, che nel 2014 era di 32 milioni di €, a fronte di un fatturato rispettivamente di 179 e 154 milioni di € (quindi in crescita). Inoltre si può dire che la società sia in espansione vista l'apertura di una controllata per i mercati del Medio-oriente, Africa, ecc... e diverse acquisizioni di società minori nell'Europa dell'Est, oltre alla presenza già stabile nei principali mercati mondiali. Nel bilancio c'è anche riferimento all'acquisto del brevetto della lozione che interessa a noi.
Sono disposto a girare il bilancio via email a chi è interessato (sono 150 pagine e bisogna sapersi un po' districare).
No il costo del brevetto non è riportato. Non viene riportato nessun costo di questo tipo visto che il bilancio è un documento pubblico non piace a nessuno farsi fare i conti in tasca sugli investimenti.
Debiti 110 milioni, verso banche 28 milioni (con l'apertura di nuovi finanziamenti per investimenti produttivi) e crediti per 144 milioni. Tra i debiti ci sono una 20ina di milioni con società facenti parte del gruppo.
