I've just started dating new girl after a long period of no relationships. We are about to have sex, but problem is i dont have libido or i cant get erection without having to watch p**rn and heavily jerking it off.

In natural circumstances i wont get hard.

I do have severe stress at the moment due to overworking and having high pressure at the job, also i sleep little. Combined with finasteride i guess it just enhances the effect of all these negative factors.

What pills besides v**** can i use to make sure i get hard when i neet it without too much damage to heart and stuff?

If you can get an erection with p**rn but not with a real woman finasteride is not the problem. Trust me I stopped watching p**rn and my sex life got much better. Many men don't even realize they have an addiction to p**rn. In fact I believe many people here who blame finasteride for their ED are having it because of p**rn or their overall unhealthy lifestyle like drinking, smoking, little to no exercise and a unhealthy diet and not because of Finasteride. No wonder so many dudes here have ED. Finasteride just makes them notice it since they now pay attention to their dicks after hearing the stories about how fina gives ED. Finasteride can contribute to it sure but I would try to solve the other problems first.

It's true that p**rn addiction can definitively lead to ED. I read somewhere that jerking off to p**rn more than 2 times a week leads to perturbation of your libido.

@OP Quit finasteride because if it is the cause of not being able to get hard you might get permanent dmg if you don't listen to those signals. And since it's a listed side effect, it's probably the main factor. You can start by quitting p**rn first, maybe you ll be back to normal without having to let go fina, i doubt it though and if it doesn't work you ll have to quit fina too.

p**rn and finastride in my opinion. But likely mostly finastride. You ever get your hormones tested?

I'm not making assumptions. I said in my original comment that it could partly be because of finasteride but the actual problem is p**rn. This would've happened sooner or later due to p**rn but finasteride sped it up.

find an endrocrinologist, go get your blood tested, and most likely you will have your answer (even if your hormones are in the range ).
acting as if nothing has happened is not the solution.

I cant get hard with p**rn either, i only get semi hard while death gripping my dick and can stimulate it enough to finish off.

Also yeah, i've read studies yday, that men from 22 to 45 were most prone to develop long lasting ED on finasteride if they took therapy for more than 200 days, im at 180 days somewhere atm.

Blood tested for what? There are so many indicators to look out for tbh, progesterone is largely responsible for potence and sexual demorphism; dht, testosterone, estrogen, f*** knows what.

I think of taking quarter or half of cialis pill before sex with girlfriend as short term solution, but try to see what i can do for long term.

I actually already signed up for a visit to sexologist, see if he had experience with such situations.
