That seems rather aggressive diffuse thinning, I'm sorry you're experiencing this...

Visit a derm asap. It can be anything, not necessarily male pattern baldness.

Your hairline is still impact though. Your current hair situation reminds me of this boy, although you have better density (he's now an adult):

Damn this boy got me in my feelings..

You feel like he's going to burst out crying when he speaks, this is really sad

This sh*t hurts man... Im sorry for you, when i cry about my hairloss i'll think about you :( Keep it up buddy

Damn there must be a way to fix this, I just can’t believe it. In my school every single person is beautiful and when I say it I think about their hair too. I don’t want to have speical hair I just want it to be normal. I feel like everyone think that my hair is ugly or sm and I feel ashamed of myself.. I’ll try anything just to fix it.

But have you done something about it?
The only available treatments as for today are minoxidil and finasteride. Sadly you are too young for finasteride, i would advice you to atleast try a low dose topical finasteride (hasson and wong formula) and minoxidil. I had sides on oral finasteride, but not anymore on topical. Good luck !

im wearing a hairsystem now. i "realized" my hairloss too late. i knew it was there but i didnt do anything against it because i didnt want to accept that im already losing hair.

boys in that age should have other problems than losing hair. Before you start using anything you should consult a doctor. Still think its DUPA though.. Hoping the best for you buddy

If an innocent 15 year old is truly balding from male pattern baldness, then there is no God.

Good on you to take upon yourself doing the research to find this forum. Some very knowledgeable people here, you've found the right place. Good luck.

Not your typical male pattern baldness. See a hair loss specialist and get the appropriate tests before jumping on any treatment.

Out of curiosity have you noticed any changes with your eyebrows or hair elsewhere on the body?

Could be one of many different causes. Having suffered diffuse hairloss I can sympathise. Things change so incredibly quickly.

Yeah I won’t do anything without a Doctor. My brows are strong and very thick, also my pubes and armpit hair (I’m sorry cause I’m talking about it). But really, my cousin said that my mustache are pretty strong and that I will form a good beard soon (I shave tho). But I would give all this up because of my hair :/

Also, I heard of that you can lose hair if you lost weight. I have maybe lost around 10 lbs (4.5 kg) in last 3 months

Hi Filip, sorry to hear all this. Start looking for Low Level Laser Therapy. Although way of treating hairloss is not new in the world of hairloss it is not given the attention it should get because of not so effective tools providing the therapy (laser comb etc.).

I regained my hair when I was 25 to when I was 16 without hair loss with a LLLT helmet. I was a 2 on the so called Norwood scala.

Go read on overmachogrande website. Didnt buy his helmet though. Make sure you read upon it with your parents. Its completely safe and way cheaper than a whole life on medication. Above that, it is safe (no side effects, except for better and healthier hair). But most of all, science shows LLLT is the most effective way to combat hairloss.

Give it a try. If you have questions. Feel free to ask.

Note: I am not trying to sell anything. Only want to help. I think thats really important. See my earlier posts and threads. Been here searching for a cure for a long time. Since a year now I dont worry about my hair loss anymore Since I have none. But i feel obliged to help since I know how it feels to lose your hair.
