Hello guys, I’m completely new at this forum. I love hair, I think that it’s beautiful and amazing and that’s why I want to get my hair back. I always had fine hair and never had problems with it. Last summer it was really big but then I got a haircut and everything went down. In last 3 months I noticed that my hair is grossly thin! I don’t know if it’s hair loss or something. I’m just disgusted by myself when I look at the mirror and I lost all my confidence. I have talked with my dad and I asked him to go to hair specialist and I will probably go in a few days. I just wanna hear opinions and your experiences. I will upload a picture along with the post.

Can u post some more pics ?
of course.. it’s extremely ugly on the side. I can say that I’m pretty happy when my hair is really short, it looks great. But my hair grows really fast and it looks gross :(

Damn... If it progresses at the same rate, you'll be bald by 20... Go get blood work done and see if it's anything else that is causing it..

I think so.. I can’t really remember. But should I see the hair specialist or the dermatologist? There is a hair clinic in my country though.

Ask your parents to check that blood report for iron and thyroid levels. Hair specialist would be more preferable to a dermatologist.

At your age and considering the broad diffusion there isn't much you can do in the way of medication. If it gets particularly bad and specialists confirm no deficiency, thyroid issues etc. I think you should consider and look into the hair piece route. It would be hard but certainly better than facing baldness in your age group. Depending on where you live and if there are reputable hair clinics consult a transplant doctor over a standard derm if possible.

Still find it hard to believe that it's male pattern baldness though from the look of it and your age, especially as the sides appear to be thinning too.

I remember that I have done a blood report for the health exam but I think it maybe haven’t showed the iron and thyroid level. I will do a new one if needed

Of course that silly health exam blood report won't be having your iron and thyroid levels. This doesn't look like MBP, there's something else f*****g your hair up. Visit a hair specialist; he will suggest the required blood tests that will gauge your iron and thyroid levels which actually affect your hairloss.

That seems rather aggressive diffuse thinning, I'm sorry you're experiencing this...

Visit a derm asap. It can be anything, not necessarily male pattern baldness.

Your hairline is still impact though. Your current hair situation reminds me of this boy, although you have better density (he's now an adult):
