Interesting read, thanks. Though obviously biased in favor of ubiquinol which this manufacturer happens to sell (which happens all the time, for pretty much any supplement as I'm sure you're aware off as well!). Pharma Nord for instance, an advocate of ubiquinone (though they also sell ubiquinol) publishes various articles in favor of their ubiquinone products such as here https://www.pharmanord.com/coq10-absorption and here https://www.pharmanord.com/what-is-q10.

The main difference is that my source has references which can be checked. I've read about it in journals, which is where I got the 3x to 4x number, rather than using the basically 10x number from life extension. I know I definitely have more energy since starting Ubiquinol. I use to crash hard by 2pm, now I don't feel that crash til 9pm, which I'm good with.

On hair it is hard to say if its a huge benefit at this point. I added it after adding microneedling and other supplements. I do think it is a good supplement to add in for anyone that regularly takes them like me. My hair is definitely healthier than it has been in about 5 years, but its hard to give Ubiquinol all the credit.
