Hi everyone.
First of all, here's a rundown of my family's history of balding.
My mother's father has all of his hair, started diffuse thinning in his 60s, his brother's however started diffuse thinning a little earlier. My mother at 50 has no signs of balding. No man on this side of the family has temple recession over nw2.

My father instead, has been a nw3 since his 20 and never progressed further, not even now, 30 yrs later. His brother is a nw3 with a very small bald spot in the vertex. Does not seem to be progressing further.

Now me: I have started receding at f*****g 14-15 and now at 19 I'm an nw2.5, no signs of vertex thinning, and the pattern looks very similar to the one my father has, since no other man in my family has ever gone further than nw2, just diffuse thinning. The difference is, I have a few thyroid problems and I seem to be a clusterfuck of hormones: slight gyno that has never gotten away, and A LOT of body hair that nobody in my family ever had, and now I'm shedding a lot of supposedly dht immune hair from the sides of my head. I'm freaking out, what should I do? No man in my family has thinning on the sides. could it be that i'm pulling a lot of all nighters and my overall bad lifestyle, along with the thyroid problems?
Posting photos would be useless since i have very long hair and any thinning is really difficult to spot, in fact i just notice the shedding and nothing more.
Thanks in advance.
