Hairloss Since I Was 16, Please Suggest Regimen

Hi guys, this is my first post although I am a frequent reader. So my hair loss started since I was 16, now I am 20 years old and my hairline is really suffering(visible scalp) along with diffuse thinning, I am posting pictures for you all to judge. Can anyone give me suggestions as to what should I do. I am on Nutrafol since 5 months, which although might have slowed down the progression to some extent but hasn’t helped my hairline, which is going fast. Should I take the plunge and start finasteride+minoxidil or should I first give PRP a try.
P.S Can anyone tell me what my Norwood scale is

Just praying that I don’t develop sides.
However, not sure about starting minoxidil just yet, don’t want my hair to be dependent on it just yet. Will see if finasteride regrows hairline to some extent because as of now it really doesn’t look good, plus receding all over, so it really looks way worse than you see in pictures.

I would highly recommend derma rolling if you're after regrowth, but don't want to use minoxidil. (I feel the same you do about it)

What mm roller do you suggest?
I have a 1.5mm roller, would that safely work, or should I buy a smaller one?

1.5mm is the perfect size. Once weekly or biweekly is best.
