lol those are facts man. You should have listened to me now it's too late. Why do you think people have to get continuous hair transplants? You said it yourself- " I have 5000 grafts left" so you know you'll lose more hair the only difference is you will lose more than the average because you have aggressive hairloss. There are people who literally need a hair transplant every 2 years. That will be you.

Again, finasteride maintains for 80% of users for up to a decade. There is a finite area to cover with grafts, and most can achieve full coverage for under 8000 total grafts.

In my opinion it looks f*****g terrible. Most would think the same even if they cannot admit it that bluntly. SMP or a hairpiece would make a big improvement.

Another thing is...I never recall seeing "clumps" of hair come out in the shower, EVER, like so many people describe. It seems like it just stopped growing over time. And I always used to buzz my head anyway, so I had no long hair to "keep." Never once do I recall actually seeing hair come out in the shower. It just disappeared and stop growing and every time I got my hair cut there was just less and less. lol

Well I respect everyone's opinion but you'd also have to say then that Howie Mandel, Vin Diesel, Bruce Willis, etc. look f*****g terrible too because my look is pretty similar to them.

Also, I'm not worried about if you think it looks good or not because I assume you're a guy and I'm not trying to attract guys.

I have friends who love me and don't care about my lack of hair. I'm fine in that regard. I have a lot of girls look at me too, when I have a hat on, meaning they don't see the baldness and therefore are looking because I'm pretty fit and maybe somewhat good looking (I hope).

My problem is my own self confidence I guess. I hope I can just learn to be content with it because I really don't have the time commitment to do hair systems right now.

8000 grafts with average 2.5 hairs per graft= 20,000 hairs. You need 50% to look like a full head. There's 120,000 hairs on an unbalding man, say 50% of the follicles are on the top of the head, 60,000 hairs. Do you get the idea or should I break it down even further @JeanLucBB? You'll have 30% coverage if 100% of the grafts grow. YOU FUCKED. Up.

I'm going hard in the gym for sure.

Now that I'm on the main campus of a big college, I realize how many guys are actually balding haha. Back at home in my small town I felt like the only one (actually there was one other kid who was at basically the same level baldness as me). But in college, I actually don't feel so lonely anymore. I notice guys all the time who are balding pretty bad...at the gym, in class, in the cafes, etc. Most just shave or keep it buzzed super short. And I can see other guys who have longer hair but are trying to hide their balding with comb overs or wacky hair placement. lol

I would never say that to someone, even if they didn't look good at all. I would tell them I don't think they are maximizing their appearance and suggest options politely.

I also read your follow-up comments. Yeah, no sh*t, men are better looking with hair. Duh. We all know that. But not everyone can perfectly maximize their appearance, or wants to achieve perfection. You seem to be in the minority on that video; almost all other comments seem to think he looks just fine.
