Good addition to big 3 plus pyrilutamide?

Hi all!

The combination big three plus pyrilutamide is really effective for me, all my hair has thickened up and it looks very healthy (albeit dry). The only things that is still a bit sensitive, is the hairline. I would like it to go down a bit, instead of up. Does anybody have a good suggestion of something that I could add to my current regime as a finishing touch?

I’m on fluridil + pyri + min, I’ve got decent regrowth.

I might add topical spironolactone, topical dutasteride / finasteride.

What % pyri are you using and 1x or 2x / day?

Fluridil doesnt get that much good reviews, is that right? I never gave it a go because of it. But I will research it once again.

I take a 0,5% solution, from minoxidilmax! Great company imo with amazing products. I get my minoxidil there as well. A buddy of mine has oral minoxidil pills and I can take them from him. So I will probably try those as well.

Almost 24 months now, it has been a huge game changer after all these years of big three. Hair is now thicker than at age 10.

Goes to show you that they keep working on better stuff for our hair and its working. Maybe within 10/20 years they come with the final solution.

1 month with 2 applications per day.

Sides from finasteride? I dont think so. A buddy of mine has been using it for 10+ years as well and reports no sides either.

I dont have experience with Pyrilutamide myself but I did use RU-58841(Also a topical anti-androgen) for around half a year and saw improvements on my hairline, but had to drop it due to financial reasons. I've seen far more success stories with RU than I have with Pyrilutamide so if you're not satisfied with Pyrilutamide I'd recommend giving RU a shot.

The reason your treatments are effective is because you suffer from a genetic condition called male pattern baldness. I do not. Blocking all my dht with dutasteride for 1.5 years didnt do anything positive for my hair just the opposite. My hair is even better without it explain that?. DHT is definately not my issue. If it was then dutasteride/finasteride would have worked. And yes pyri is expensive for just a little powder. Its definately one of the most expensive hairloss treatments for sure. Rich or not.
