You have to be skinny (that guy is pretty pudgy for a twink), boyish proportions, usually kinda femme, hairless (and there's no way that guy shaving his face/body would actually make him look hairless/youthful even if he had a full head of hair lol - he has too much body hair to achieve a truly hairless look), etc. in order to be considered a twink.
