Hello! I recently did a hair transplant, i would like to know other persons opinions.
It was 3200 grafts, 6000 and something hairs.
Placed mostly at the receded part and some around.

Do you guys think it was 3200 grafts and were they placed correctly?

Could there be more density? (They said that they didn't want to pack it up more because of blood flow)

The staff was very friendly, worked carefully and were always asking me if everything was okay.

I almost didn't bleed from the donor site, no pain actually, just on the 5th day or such, it was sensitive when laying with the back of my head when trying to sleep.

They couldn't place grafts at the birthmark

They original hairline isn't that backed up as it shows in the first phoyos, the hair suffered some shock i believe but it has already grown back

I'll post some pics down below ! :) And i'm sorry for the bad quality ! (i'll probably be able to get some taken from my other camera, with better quality)

I'm at one month and 3 weeks and I've lost all my transplanted hair and most of the native hair

Shock loss around the transplanted area? or just general hair loss?
It will get better, hold on there just like me!

The little that we can see at this point from the initial surgery, it looks good and decently dense. You won't know for sure for a few more months though. And no worries about the shock loss. At 2 months, I had shock loss and a lot of hair fell out. So much that I thought I was going to be completely bald and that I had paid a lot of money to look worse. It won't last long though as hair should start to regrow soon.

That's a large area to cover for 3200 grafts, your recession was deep and you lowered it as well. I had 2k grafts in much smaller areas with respect to the corners and forelock enforcement which turned out good. You have a great hairline design and I expect this to turn out rather well with adequate density, but you may need another pass for good density. Month 5 to 7 has a lot of changes especially once you're growing it out, beyond that time frame the outcomes are marginal in most cases, so it's waiting game. Your left side is ahead of your right for example. Are you aware of how many grafts per cm2? It looks natural so the incisions and placement was good as well as the hairline design! Who is the surgeon? You should be on finasteride though as you're diffuse behind the surgery too and you need to protect this and supplement the mid scalp and back with grafts.

Your har looks fine for now but I don't think that this was your original hairline as it looks to me that you've lowered it considerably. Is that what you wanted to do? A period between 10-15 months after the op is when you enjoy your new hair the most, after that, you'll want to have another procedure...
