i guess be 4 i will b 30 years old, i am 27 now


starting hair loss 3years ago

i have no idea,and i have 2 accept a truth,one day i will become a ugly bald man!sh*t......
i had use popecia over 6 months now,but doesnt look helpful
so tell me what can i do?

Well, the pictures aren´t really good to determine the situation but I will take a guess nevertheless:

About 12-15 years from now without treatments you will be really bald (Norwood 5+). But you are taking Finasteride. I seriously doubt it is doing nothing. It should at least slow it down a bit. If you think it is not enough you should upgrade to Dutasteride. You might add minoxidil to your regimen. These are your options, nothing else left apart from killing yourself. So, there is some hope left for you.

have u heard minoxidil shampoo!i have it but i do afraid use it
i had reseach 4 minoxidil on internet i dont think it really helpful

You did a poor research. Minoxidil is one of the really effective treatments out there. Propecia will slow your hairloss, but minoxidil can grow more. Granted, you'll have to use it as long as you want to keep the grown hair.

The only difference I see is that you've shaved it now. The thinning was there in the first pic, it does'nt seem to have progressed a huge amount. 6months is still not that long on propecia. I doubt you'll get any regrowth but if you stay on propecia you may not ever get much worse.

I don´t believe that anyone would go from Norwood 3 to Norwood 6 while he is using Propecia. This would be a very rare exception. And minoxidil CAN be helpful, but I don´t like advising it so much, because there are also rare cases who claim that minoxidil made their hair worse. Though I am taking it myself and it hasn´t done any harm for me apart from a bloated face. It is your decision!

BTW if you can maintain/ keep it as it is now you will look absolutley fine in your 30's,40's. There nothing wrong with a small degree of hairloss at that age nobody will look upon you as being bald.

Dude your hair really isnt that bad! I shaved my head at the start of last year and got the shock of my life, I honestly couldnt believe my eyes when i saw myself in the mirror, I pretty much cried. But almost two years from then things have vastly improved for me! So my advice is grow your hair longer to around 3-4 inches, its amazing how much u can disguise your hairloss, with the right hairstyle and there is some really amazing hair thickening product out on the market now.
