Other than minoxidil combined with finasteride, you will need a hair transplant at this point. Nothing is going to bring those temples back as well as a hair transplant will. You look like a great candidate too. And if I were in your shoes I would be pulling the trigger at this point for my first hair transplant with one of the best in the world. And by the way, finasteride is still blocking your DHT but it's only helping slow down the process. If it was a cure, then you would not progress anymore.
