Ive been taking finasteride for 20 days but shedding is more bad.and i notice side eeffects ED,low libido

If you have sides you may have to stop if they get too bad. Some people say that the go away after a couple of months if your body adjusts. When you start finasteride your shedding will get very bad for a couple of months before it you get better.

But i know how it feels if anyone just came to know if he have started balding or not.

just wait for couple of months. if it look worse within next few months, then, you can take some steps.
