Ok, just my experience. These are all AAs I tried on and off E (except Busereline (GNRH) and norethindrone).

Before starting E I tried Dienogest, Desogestrel, Norethindrone and spironolactone.
-Dienogest was the first one for me. Has half of potency of CPA as AA. Lowered my T from 900+ng/dl to around 275 on 2mg. Pros: hair was good (was on Duta as well), skin overall good, much less oily. Cons: lack of energy, weight gain, frequent headaches.
-spironolactone. Took different doses and didn't measure levels. Pros: very good skin, very good hair. Cons: became dumb, night bathroom promenades, cellulite. Also it got me sore breasts for the first time and they became puffy (no breast buds tho).
-Norethindrone. Ok, this one is tricky, because its metabolized into EthinylEstradiol, which is a very potent estrogen, so a dose of 10mg could be considered a full HRT. I took 5mg and had to stop after 3 days due to sides (gallbladder).
-Desogestrel. This is the last one I took before starting E. Dose: 0.075mg. T was around 200ng/dl after taking it for a month. Pros: again good hair, but a little more oily; skin was good, close to spironolactone but a bit oilier too; good energy levels somehow. Cons: mb some mild vein problems and water retention, but overall I tolerated it pretty well.
Regarding CPA and Bica. I unfortunately only used them while on E and have no idea how they might effect skin w/o E, especially wrinkles wise. Can only guess that lack of water and oil in skin might be bad for wrinkles, so, based on my results (which, again, you might end up with completely different ones), I'd prefer Desogestrel to other stuff mentioned here, and mb also Bica (theoretically) only if you have good aromatase acitivty (which might backfire with boobs tho).
