I mean there is Alfatradiol (17a-Estradiol) it gets dwarfed by b-Estr, strength & binding affinity wise. But shares some actions/ effects locally albeit way weaker.
bro did you add bica when you add results or you added it later after 1 year of injections only?
Im thinking about adding it too

Havent you reversed the hair thinning by now lol? Your hair must have gained alot of thickness back by now. You cured your hairloss with E. Now live your life and leave the forum.

any way to reverse wrinkles guys ?
Oh=( Might have boosted your T, cause I didn't find any studies on ralox direct negative (or positive) effects on hair, but who knows. There's an interesting study on skin elasticity tho: Effects of raloxifene and hormone replacement therapy on forearm skin elasticity in postmenopausal women But tbh, I'm surprised at how damn poorly this nonbinary SERM HRT thing is researched, same as progestins btw. Have to test everything on myself xD
i saw some dudes who wanted more facial feminization but without the breast who was doing low dose bica + cypro and combined with ralox and apparently didnt get boobs but this combination isnt suitable long term .

i got another question how powerfull bica or cypro are for facial feminization/ rejuvenation without e

and does ralox on its on has skin benefits? thx

Ok, just my experience. These are all AAs I tried on and off E (except Busereline (GNRH) and norethindrone).

View attachment 190633
Before starting E I tried Dienogest, Desogestrel, Norethindrone and spironolactone.
-Dienogest was the first one for me. Has half of potency of CPA as AA. Lowered my T from 900+ng/dl to around 275 on 2mg. Pros: hair was good (was on Duta as well), skin overall good, much less oily. Cons: lack of energy, weight gain, frequent headaches.
-spironolactone. Took different doses and didn't measure levels. Pros: very good skin, very good hair. Cons: became dumb, night bathroom promenades, cellulite. Also it got me sore breasts for the first time and they became puffy (no breast buds tho).
-Norethindrone. Ok, this one is tricky, because its metabolized into EthinylEstradiol, which is a very potent estrogen, so a dose of 10mg could be considered a full HRT. I took 5mg and had to stop after 3 days due to sides (gallbladder).
-Desogestrel. This is the last one I took before starting E. Dose: 0.075mg. T was around 200ng/dl after taking it for a month. Pros: again good hair, but a little more oily; skin was good, close to spironolactone but a bit oilier too; good energy levels somehow. Cons: mb some mild vein problems and water retention, but overall I tolerated it pretty well.

Regarding CPA and Bica. I unfortunately only used them while on E and have no idea how they might effect skin w/o E, especially wrinkles wise. Can only guess that lack of water and oil in skin might be bad for wrinkles, so, based on my results (which, again, you might end up with completely different ones), I'd prefer Desogestrel to other stuff mentioned here, and mb also Bica (theoretically) only if you have good aromatase acitivty (which might backfire with boobs tho).
thank you very much i read extensively about hrt experience and the nonbinary experimenting and trying not to get boobs and the conclusion is that i will have to fully commit to hrt or not at all.

the best option seems to be full hrt with e + bica/spironolactone and dutasteride and get top surgery later on

i was just wondering if i stay on e WHILE doing top surgery is there a chance for the breast to come back

i'm tired of weightlifting anyway

if you remove the whole gland it will not come back

Yep, seems like the most reasonable solution, even tho it might not look like it. =)

AFAIK, they leave a little bit of breast tissue to avoid the dip for aesthetic reasons. I heard you can ask to remove all the tissue, but not every surgeon would agree. The chances for comeback are minimal tho, so I wouldn't even bother, but again, thats me, not an expert. =)

That's the spirit! Lets go, man! =)
i'm gonna give topival min one last try and if it ruins my face i will go full hrt
