Well, not always, and what if he has FFA or LPP? Then it’s not the Dutasteride that its eating his hair.

yeah honestly i think i got more diffuse on dutasteride than when i'm off it but i don't see a difference for my hairline . as per my T i'm hypogonadal my T level naturally were at 150 or smthing . never got tested on dutasteride but it definitely didn't increase i think

yeah i know so far the lpp is on my brows tho my hairline is preserved it hasnt spread but it will for sure . and btw it only started after a failed microneedling procedure i stupidly done when i was 29 so i wasnt responding to dutasteride before even with just standard Androgenetic Alopecia.

i can probably stabilize my hairline with massive dose of minoxidil like applying it 4 times a day that's what my twin brother do it workfs for him but that sh*t messes up my face

Well, I don’t know. There are so many skin products, I am sure you can find something. I haven’t done any research on that.

Yeah HRT is the last thing you have. If that doesn't recover your hair it's over, just like me

do you think i should just do min and try to tackle the bad skin the best i can or do hrt with all the possible lifelong and irreversible body changes?

i know min will stop my hakrline within 3 days of usage

Just take the hrt pills or injections or whatever and call me in the morning.
