lol im not gonna do your same genetics test but my genetics seems to be really fucked up: My mom she has good hair her brother cue bald by 40 and her father cue ball by 30.

I'm Asian, my father has Norwood 0 at almost 60, my mother has no baldness, my grandfather has Norwood 1 at 70, none of my ancestors had early baldness.
Meanwhile, I: went bald at 16. My cousin is not going bald.

Genes are a very random thing. When I was 16 and the doctors told me I had Androgenetic Alopecia, I couldn't believe them because I didn't believe that baldness could happen at such an early age, especially if you are Asian. I felt like the unluckiest person on earth. I was depressed in a way I had never been depressed in my life.

My issue is reflex hyperandro and yes it’s real.. back story im 41 now hair loss runs on my moms side.. at 21 I seen just the slightest and I mean slightest bit of temple loss.. freaked out got on finasteride this is 2005 so 20 years ago.. probably week 2 my sex drive went wayyyyyy up to the point if I didn’t jack off I couldn’t be normal and just tons of hair coming out hairline getting fucked and able to see into the scalp plus never ever will I forget being in the bath and seeing upper arm hair coming in and is still there now .. I kept going for some months then stopped went to the Doctor got on dutasteride but I was young and stupid so some days I’d take 3 dutasteride a day plus lasers.. over the past years I’ve tried finasteride dutasteride min oral min lasers ru58841 blah blah nothing has ever regrew or stopped sh*t.. so questions for the smart ppl on here is reflex hyperandro and permant thing?? Here we are 20 years later and my for the last 4 months it’s now .5 finasteride 3 times a week, oral min 5mg a day, scalp massager 30 min a day a really good one, topical min mixed with tren melatonin,and gonna add keto.. so far no results still shedding atleast 80 a day.. but this time around not getting the sex drive or itchy scalp so question is could I be safe from reflex this time around now that I’m 41 and talking it much lower dose or is reflex gonna happen no matter what???

Duta is a drug I regret ever taking. Killed hairs permanently. It spikes your T too much that a guy at work thought I was on steroids. Stay far away my friend ur better off just using finasteride. But if ur already on estradiol its ok to use dutasteride.

Btw my Free T tanked even more after I killed my testicles. Went from 0,21 ng/dL to 0,12 ng/dl. All my androgen issues are coming from DHT, I am a mutant

Are you seeing good feminization and hair benefits with such high shbg? Like your estradiol is not that high but your SHBG is so high. Your free e2 is 1.36% which is considered kinda low

Metformin is also known to increase SHBG. You might want to quit that

Holy fck your free e2 is very low. It's ~1.24% but if you're doing fine as Gergely then it's fine. I have 1.75% e2 yet I feel like e2 is water. Had everything better including hair when my free e2 was between 2 and 2.11%

I think free e2 is just something random like, yes having more free e2 should lead to better outcomes but I think it is the sensitivity what matter most. You can have shitty free estradiol yet have everything ok or have good free e2 like me and everything is sh*t. Like maybe on your case and Gergely your free e2 is not that great yet you are good because you have good sensitivity to e2. I literally need like a free e2 of 2% or more to see positive stuff. I bet my e2 receptors are kinda insensitive like I have many kind of mutations so one more wouldn't be a surprise to me . High 5ar1 and 5ar2 enzyme activity, poor aromatase, fucked up e2 receptors. Damn life wants me bald and ogre holy sh*t.

Lmao imagine being sensitive to androgens so you want a higher shbg to make them less bioavailable but you have sh*t estradiol sensitivity and you need low shbg levels to get more free estradiol xD. Thank god bica and dutas exist. Also I think orchi will unironically benefits me a lot because I will be able to lower my levels a lot without a T rebound and get my shbg down to 60 nmol/L like in the past and boost my free e2. May have more free T and DHT but bica and dutasteride should get rid of that issue.
