I went over to the Powers reddit site last night and compared to there, everyone on here is healthy. I have never seen transgender dysfunction like they have over there. People acting as though they will just die if they have to go one more day without spironolactone. They all constantly change their AA's and their estrogens and how they ingest them and at what time they ingest them and then they obsess about P4 vel non as we say in Latin and it's like this frantic rush of non-responding transgender people. Most people get some results from HRT and figure it's over and they move on. Not these people. They are desperate and they are desperate believers that Dr. Powers can get them to boob and face and butt and hair heaven but since they are non-responders, it's a terrible pool to select from. Then normal people on HRT see all of this dysfunction and worry why they only take estradiol. I am bewildered by the posts on that site. True believers with no pics to prove any of it. Show us your pics or stop telling us while estrone to estradiol ration matters. Hmpf! <stamps foot>. I have all of these new mannerism now. Where did Hmpf! come from, lol.

I'm with you but my insurance refuses. I was going to try spironolactone again but only 100 mg this time and I still felt crappy. I should know enough by now that there's a reason I packed it all away but I also enjoy tinkering. Janey's close to a hypocrite. I like the phony control that it makes me feel like I have over results.

Probably but I am using so much estrogen that I am sure total is down to zero. If total is zero, how could you have DHT?

Backdoor pathway. Your adrenal glands can still produce dht by less potent androgen byproducts like androstenedione or even progesterone. It is never bad to test it to check if everything is good

Except for my own hair and I am patient under my wig, I think that I have mostly maxed out the feminization. I could have some surgery or a female facelift. My face might feminize still some more as I feel my facial muscles moving. My breasts might go up a little but they are plenty big as it is. I have had an incredible response to hormones and I really started in earnest around the age of 54. I don't even look much like I did before I started or even four years ago. So HRT rocks for me. I hope it rocks for all of you guys. I could just gush for days about all of it. Some times life throws you a line and I decided to take it.

Backdoor pathway. Your adrenal glands can still produce dht by less potent androgen byproducts like androstenedione or even progesterone. It is never bad to test it to check if everything is good

I mea hair wise it has helped me, but I think I havent feminized much, just some skin softening. My eyes were way more femenine last year but now they are between my T eyes and E2 eyes. It is like I respond less to hormones now than I did a year and a half ago for some reason

The thing is Avodart formulation sadly sucks so many ppl dont get enough dutasteride on their serum. That is why a blood test is still good. Some people need more dutasteride but not because it is not working on them but because the formulation of it is so bad and old that the bioavailability can go from 40% to 95% lol. Such a bad design if you ask me, you cant simply release a drug that in a person can work at a 40% of potency and for another person can work perfectly. I believe that is why some people get better response than other to 0.5 mg dutasteride and why most ppl get better results with 2.5 mg because even if you absorb 40% you are still taking a high amount

I was taking finasteride and duta before but I think it's fine. If my hair stops growing in then I might consider it.

Ye I am just saying it is important, especially for ppl that still keeps losing hair on hrt(like me before 1 mg). Now that I cant buy 1 mg I rely entirely on my solution.

All my life I wanted that thing gone but I refused to do surgery eh and it happened anyway, just like the C cups. Are you sure about that?I heard that face can change up to 2 yrs and then remain the same.Have you ever compared a photo of your face today and one from a year and half ago?
Lol do you think you will get back to T eyes even if T is nuked?

Yes I compare my face constantly. I definitely look more masculine than a year and a half ago. I am 3 years on hrt and to my surprise, the more time I'm on HRT the less femenine I get. I wont say masculine but less femenine.

Well it is for many ppl but for me personally it isnt. When I had peak feminization my hair used to suck. Well there was a time where I looked heavily feminized and got a good hair but that lasted like few months.

Everything is important. You need high e2 and nuked T and DhT

No, it is just less femenine, but yeah less femenine means more masculine but not in the way I was before hormones ofc

so the pillar for hair restoration and less inflammation is high e2 and nuked T and dht?Everything else come second?
I mean even with a bit of a raise in dht can other things proven to work like minoxidil needling and other things like make the dht spike irrelevant?
