It depends on your goals. You have a somewhat androgynous look, facially and hair-wise. Battling hair loss can become all consuming. There are many things that can improve the situation especially when the person has no slick skin baldness. I think you should use finasteride at a minimum and that's probably enough for now. You might try adding gelatin to your diet and micro needling and oral minoxidil. Retin-A improves all skin in terms of aging from what I discern. I would not obsess about this except in as much as you want to prevent future baldness.

See, I don't know what you are currently doing but dutasteride for life is your best option as a copulating male. You seem to be taking strong HRT meds so I doubt you will ever lose your hair as long as you are okay with the side effects. XY's rarely experience significant breast growth from HRT but I now have quite large breasts and quite large nipples that are huge for an XY and moderate for an XX, maybe a C cup and still slowly growing.

To me, the psychological effects of estradiol are liberating. You will have far less OCD especially about sex stuff. You will become less aggressive and nicer and far slower to anger. 99 percent of criminals are male. There's a reason for this and it's partly testosterone and mostly lack of intelligence. Trust your mirrors and your camera and check for baldness in the worst possible lighting. If you look balding in bad light meaning you see pink skin clearly underneath with mostly villus hairs then eh, you are balding in general. I used to hate this. I would look good in some lighting and then go into a poorly lit florescent lighting situation and it was clearly visible.
In general if a person thinks that they are balding, they are right because it's a painful conclusion that most don't want to admit to themselves.
