Well you can see my regrowth I posted a day or two ago. That is mostly topical minoxidil regrowth. IMO topical min with tret leads to huge gains at the hairline that not even OM gives. Also you can just lower systemic drugs in this case minoxidil and use 2.5 mg oral + topical on the hairline. That way u dont have to use huge amounts of oral min and you also prevent massive hypertrichosis from higher OM dosagea

I don't think there is a better hair regrowth regime than this:
Estradiol patch X 2 at 0.1mg daily, one on each cheek; Dutasteride at .05mg daily; 200 mg progesterone, lately taken orally; liberal/high use of Estrogel on hair, breasts, face and genitals, Loniten 2.5 mg, every other day; Trentoin several times monthly, on face and scalp; Frequent micro needling and derma rolling;
I recommend not using any AA except progesterone but I have serious doubts that P4 does anything at all for breasts or hair; it might even be counter-productive so I stopped taking it rectally. It's also messy when you use it rectally. I don't recommend it at all except for sleep. I am open to the idea that injections might be more effective than my patch and Estrogel combination but you need syringes for that and the hormone levels bounce around a lot while I can aim for 400 pg/ml on my regimen on a daily basis.

There are very effective treatments that does not need that amount of effort.
Een 6 mg week, dutasteride 1 mg(will use more if my DIY solution works), bica 12.5 mg, minoxidil 2.5 mg and topical minoxidil 5% with tretinoin can do wonders. It literally restored all my hair and gave me even more hair.
I'd avoid progesterone if one is not using dutasteride. It can convert to DHT if 5ar type 1 is overactive(which in my case is)
i still dont understand why bica at lower dosage can be more effective for hair compared to higher dose wtf i would like to maxdose bica and keep that fuckin ars in the scalp blocked all time h24

Cause bica sucks to block dht. You just block T efficiently with bica and with 12.5 mg daily it is enough to block castrate range of T and maybe trace amounts of DHT that dutasteride doesnt block. Bica higher than 12.5 mg or 25 mg daily maximum is useless with HRT and will only lead to liver issues long term
so it will not cause upregulation or sh*t??

If it causes 5ar upregulation you increase dutasteride and problem fixed easily

I am swallowing pills, only min on the hairline that takes less than 5 min. you use estrogel patches and estrogel which would make everything harder long term and way more money.

I buy Estrogel offshore. All the rest is covered by my insurance. Anyone who doesn't try Estrogel, I mean, that could be the final key to success.

Just do blood tests.if you have castrate T levels, normal to low Androstenedione, dhea, dhea-s and 3 adiol g, you dont need more than 12.5 mg

But there's no one way. That's what makes all of this so fascinating. We are all trying to squeeze out that last bit of growth or femininity and report to each other. HRT is the mind-blowing science of the future which is already here.

I think my regimen is more appealing to most people. Ppl dont like gels and patches(including me) and my hair is as good as it can get with my regimen. I have NW0 hairline without the terrible diffuse I had

I have castrate T levels from this regimen but they don't include DHT in the test.

There used to be a rivalry between the men and the trannys on here. I do think it is interesting to try to do what you can without using estrogen. It's a bit of a puzzle, more science than artistry but you feel a certain artistry when you have success from the medications that you picked. I don't consider myself transgender however. This is a choice; this existence is so heavenly that it's difficult to describe. Everything about the hormonal effects to me, mind, body, and soul has both renewed me and made me better than I ever was before. I had stopped practicing law. Now I adore it and only work in-court. But I was fine with being a guy when I had great hair 40 years ago.

If you read this blog before 2022, you will get an idea of how thrilling this subject was to all of us and the intellectual discourse was very very high level and edifying.
