Shrinked, lol. To correct the point. It didn't shrink at all. In fact it got bigger since a vagina is bigger than a penis in general. People don't understand this point. Shrink, shrank, shrunk. Everything down there increasingly folds inward and becomes internal. So you literally dissolve into folds but you don't shrink in length. You shrink a huge amount in terms of girth but if you yank on what's left it's still the same length. First you look gender ambiguous and then you increasingly look cis-female. It might be possible to cycle topical estradiol to keep hair without becoming impotent especially if combined with dutasteride. I think that's the only real hope for someone unwilling to cross into androgynous realm. Anything is better than being bald and stuck in your basement all day if you are petite and short and older like me.

Lol the hormonal route is the only thing that works when you start balding at 15-25 yo. Everyone who is here taking these meds know the risks, so you dont have to caution anyone IMO, you are doing it, let ppl do whatever they want to.

I will always recommend the hormonal route once standard hair loss stack start to fail or simply does not work

I consider myself one of the unluckiest person here at the moment because I have stubborn genetic and my dht is very hard to reduce but that does not mean I cannot succeed, in fact with perseverance I am achieving hair restoration and my hair is even better than when I was 15, so yeah I think everyone if they are young enough and their balding havent started like 15 years ago, can achieve hair regrowth with hormonal route, you just have to try many many regimens till you find the one that suits you. In my case my stack is very aggressive but it is the one that works on me and there is nothing bad with that.

I do know a lot about the science and history of hair loss remedies as well as what is hopeless. Better to be female than bald but it's worse to be bald and transgender. I know from experience which types of things are likely to induce shedding. I can also prove that HRT can grow incredible amounts of nice, not garbage hair and greatly lengthens the hair cycle that allows hair to grow long.

How many people in the history of the world have gone from completely bald on top to having nice hair and coverage everywhere. It is the most sublime feeling in the world. It's a constant intense high that never wears off. The dream is achievable. Every single day since I was 20 I obsessed over my hair. I can't believe it is actually happening. That said, I only go out in public with my wig on and I probably always will because it's nicer than the hair of cis-women my age by far. To me, that's an incredible irony<winks>

CPA is crap. As you read in @BeardCombover post prolactin can increase DHEA-s and it can increase androgens. CPA rises prolactin thus it will increase DHEA-S. My hair was crap on cpa, i would stay away from that drug

It comes down to convenience versus OCD. My regime is as good as it gets for hair regrowth.

Mb, I misunderstood your message. I also think hrt is the only way we have rn to recover hair when you dont respond to conventional hair loss stack, which imo is hard to have good results

In my opinion, AA's seem to cause an increased risk of severe shedding. For me, high dose spironolactone caused two major sheds. I had my wig when the second one happened. It's still got a lot of room for improvement but daily I see gradual improvement.

My issue is that I don't think that I am transgender. I only live as a female and have nothing to do with LGBT stuff.

But the results I got were objectively so spectacular that I wouldn't want to go back. This is a far far better life that I am living and it isn't even close. My issue is that I am anti-surgery. Feminization is like body building and you can do amazing things using Estrogel down there. That's a semi-current picture. I look 30 years younger than my before pic.
