I'd recommend starting with 12.5 mg daily and megadose dutasteride. That is my current regimen(Estradiol, oral and topical min too). I have 0 libido and 0 sex drive ever since I started megadose dutasteride, so I think something must be working.

Your hair texture is pretty good tho. Mine is very fucked. Last year it was so good now it is destroyed

do you think that since my dht before 1 year of dutasteride 0.5 was 229 pg ml(22 ng dl) and after hrt dropped to 5,0 ng dl my body respons well to dht reducing drugs and i shouldnt be worried of any spike of it?

Don't be overconfident. My dht was 4.5 ng/dl with just 0.5 mg dutasteride every other day before I increased bicalutamide. Not sure if it was because of that but it happened just after I did that.

I take vitamin D3+K2 daily. Last blood test showed 70.15 ng/ml

Ye I have been reading studies and 1 per week is enough, maximum twice of the scalp is too bad but not for too long. It is indeed the most potent one according to wiki.

The first injection today, estradiol enanthate 0.31ml (15mg estradiol), in 2 weeks I will be tested for hormone levels.

I made the first injection. It's not scary at all, I didn't even feel anything, lol. Only my needles are too thin, I did not inject the entire dose completely, so I had to give a second injection to inject the right dose.
I don’t believe I’m doing this.
UPD: The second injection was painful. I have little experience, so I made mistakes.

@Adri23 tbh the only chaange i will do to my regimen is increasing dutasteride dose from 0.5 straight to 2.5 mg.When im going to get a job a will take 5 capsules of avodart a day.It will cost me a lot but i dont care at all.It will cost me 135 euro monthly of dutasteride lol
