Do you have oily scalp? If you do maybe it is Seb derm and the bic was reducing your sebum and ketoconazole was killing the Malassezia

My trichologist said i don't, but i often had seasonal escalation of sebum and inflammation, so I suspect having it in the end.
Trichologist are useless most of the time. I bet we know more than them lol. You prob have it. Like it is a very frequent skin pathology, so if it improved with ketoconazole + bica I would say it was likely that(maybe some reduction of local androgens with the bica was helping with the inflammation as well)

Hope that one is at least better than the other.

I see some chaos on that video, and a bit of buildup but not too much. The redness is alarming tho, cause we know inflammation triggers hair loss.
Its actually sad that it has been so long and you still havent fixed your hairloss yet and still experimenting with stuff, It must have taken a toll on your life. U overdose on dutasteride, killed your balls.... I mean when will it end? Even when we solve hairloss we will never be truely satisfied with our selves and new problems will arise. Its a never ending story. We all are fixated on our appearance in this thread. We are all mentally sick. :(

Ofc it does. I have stopped doing things I enjoy just to try to fix this. It literally broke my life in pieces for years. Idk if it will ever end tbh

U overdose on dutasteride, killed your balls.... I mean when will it end?

Hopefully whenever my baldness slow down at the very least, but I don't even know if my powder is dutasteride... Will figure in a month.

Even when we solve hairloss we will never be truely satisfied with our selves and new problems will arise.

I have other issues too so yes even if I manage to control hair loss I will still not be happy

Its a never ending story. We all are fixated on our appearance in this thread. We are all mentally sick. :(

sh*t genetics leads to mental illness, it is what it is, I am trying to 'fix' as many downsides my genetic have.

Hope it'll never end! We are approaching the paradigm of continuous self-improvement through constant effort to perfect our imperfect bodies this way. This path provides a reliable route towards genuine understanding of the gnosieological principle that the more knowledge we acquire, the clearer it becomes that we know nothing—a foundational pillar upon which epistemological relativism is based. Such comprehension inevitably leads us toward philosophical agnosticism, a theory positing that under our current physical and cognitive conditions, we are unable to grasp categories such as absolute, good or evil. And the realization of the insignificance of these values in our current reality only gives us more freedom and opens new paths for improvement—like a gentle breeze dispersing the dust of past delusions, leaving an open space for new bold endeavors.

Is Cyproterone the most effective drug for oily hair? Like reducing the sebum glands
yeah probably cyproterone acrtate and bicalutamide.
If youre going to use cyproterone use a wise dosage preferably not more than 12.5 mg
