Bicalutamide in any dose is useless for hair, but is useful for reducing pores and sebum secretion. Only DHTcel helped.

Accutane is not a lifelong drug, it is cumulative. If I had not started going bald, I would never have known about Bicalutamide. Besides, I like the facial changes that E has caused.
Low dose Accutane can be taken lifelong. It's a balance that gives less greasy skin and less effect on liver enzymes

What did E do to your face ?

Im gonna be mixing my dutasteride powder in 95% food grade ethanol. I think the main issue with my current formula is that the dutasteride is not fully dissolved but suspended in the oil so the bioavailability must be trash af. I have seen dutasteride is very soluble in ethanol and the ethanol I used to destroy my ball is almost pure ethanol, so I have thought of doing daily dosages of like 0.4 ml of 95% ethanol into 5 mg dutasteride, mix it and add some mct to improve the intestinal absorption, then putting the solution in a capsule. 0.4 ml of 95% ethanol should be very low like 0.38 ml of pure ethanol daily. If it helps the solubility and bioavailability I'm up to it.

Idk if it will work but I have not many choices at the moment and I will try with I've got before trying different stuff

Ok guys, I think my experiment succeeded. Left pill is mct + dutasteride powder alone, right pill is, 0.4 ml of 95% food grade ethanol + mct + dutasteride powder. Both has the same concentration but as you can see the mct + dutasteride alone is cloudy which mean it is not fully dissolved so the bioavailability is way worse. Right one is clear as water, alcohol fully dissolved the dutasteride as I saw on studies and mct is the carrier oil to get absorbed. Very happy with this. I hope it works and I see lower dht in next blood test which would mean the mega dose is working

Where did you buy the powder to make your own pills?

Where did you buy the powder to make your own pills?
Bought it on purplepanda labs, but I wouldnt recommend this source yet till I get my blood test. Will do the next one in May 23 and prob get the result a week later, so if my serum DHT tanks the powder will be legit and I will recommend it.

For some context I used 0.5 mg daily and my serum dht stayed at ~21-22 ng/dl and with 1 mg daily it lowered to 18.12 ng/dl. I will be using 8.5 mg dutasteride from the DIY solution will keep the 1 mg of Avodart in case the powder isn't legit. So in total I will be taking 9.5 mg dutasteride per day, if the powder is legit my DHT should tank further.

Tried this powder and did blood test and dht didnt change but as you can see my previous formulation was poor and most of the dutasteride was not dissolved so prob wasnt absorbing good enough in the intestines.

Looks promising, not sure if mct does anything tho, cause food doesn't effect duta absorbtion afaik. I once planed to do smth like that, but with Polyethylene Glycol as a solvent instead (+ mb some added stabilizer) and drink it with water. Mb even make a whole bottle of that with concentrantion of, for example, 10mg duta per spoon. But then i started HRT and abandoned the idea.
Actually you need short carbon chain oils to form micelles and help the dutasteride penetrate the small intestines, dutasteride is very poor water soluble, so you 100% need an oil with low carbon chain so it gets absorbed fast and dont have to be broken down like oleic acid, so the bioavailability reach the maximum it can get. That is why Avodart is dissolved in oil and is not a pill like finasteride.

I use MCT oil C8 which is the MCT with the lowest carbon chain.

Legit brand avodart is dissolved in mono-di-glycerides of caprylic/capric acid which is similar to MCT oil C8(not the same tho).

Mb you're right, i heard that its pretty common fully dissolved in Polyethylene Glycol tho with some addes stabilizer, mb old info tho.
It can dissolve in Polyethylene Glycol as well, but I have mct oil c8 + ethanol 95% which dissolves dutasteride pretty good as well, so one for the solubility and the other for the absorption. The amount of alcohol on my solution is 0.226 ml if I take 1.7 ml of my 5 mg/ml solution. 0.226 ml of alcohol to put things in context is like what would contain a ripe banana or 100-150 ml kefir.

I tried clobetasol once and it instantly killed my hair for some reason. =(
Fully agree that antioxidants and anti inflammatory are must, testing oridonin, isoliquiritigenin and wogonin atm.

Damn thats not great. Clobetasol give me sh*t texture too.

Im using Glynac, vitamin C, astaxanthin, Vitamin E, Vitamin D3 and K2, melatonin 4 mg, magnesium, zinc, copper and omega 3 DHA and EPA at the moment.

The melatonin also contain some vitamin B1, B12, B6 and 5-HTP

Not bad! Aside from oridonin, isoliquiritigenin and wogonin, i use only ascorbic acid, D3+K2, Zinc, q10, curcumin and B complex.
Melatonin is great, agreed.
Those are some great ones. I forgot I also drink matcha Tea sometimes and used to take turmeric with black peppermint, but not taking it rn (tho I want to start it again)

It is kinda bad, it reminds me of my scalp before the supplements, my crown was very similar if not the same as yours. For some reason supplements did the trick for me. I guess cycling clobetasol does something too, but idk how much since with clobetasol alone my crown was still red af.

Have you tried different topical corticosteroids? Maybe those do not kill your hair, clobetasol is a very potent one.
