Necrosis is literally what is needed to get them removed. You cant just go with healthy tissue or scarring only cause doctors will keep the balls in the sac if there is no necrosis

I know it... there is a fairly big community of castration on reddit and discord. Hundreds of men does it and nothing happens other than they kill their balls and get them removed(my plan).
