I take estrogen cause it's the superior hormone. Testosterone is an extremely harmful and dangerous substance that destroys collagen and hair and turns you into a disgusting hairy hypersexual aggressive ogre. I have Androgenetic Alopecia since I'm 16 and protein didn't do anything. 6 months ago i took protein powder for like 5 months and it did nothing to hair, I was still losing it. Now I am not taking anything and my hair is better than before
