Your life, your choice=)
Imo bica is better because it only blocks testosterone receptor, so it can't bind to it, while cypro does similar thing but less effective and requires a pretty high dose to achieve this + it has progestogenic effect, which is responsible for reducing testosterone production by gonads. This progestogenic effect is very systemic and can interfere with many functions in the body, while decent dose of E basically dose the same with less sides.
In any case, i really recommend to track any headaches you get while on cypro. It's a first sign that either prolactine levels are too high or that a high dose of medication has reached blood brain barrier, or both. If this happens lower dose to 6,25 every other day or better cancel.
yeah i might sound reckless but i want the most effective thing for my hair and thats whhy i wouldnt try it .I domt know the exactly dose that doesnt rise T too much
And then im scared of any upregulation ive heard all types of sh*t.

Both. With low T and low E you won't be able to live, you'll feel terrible and you'll get osteoporosis.
I need hair i dont know what is the best thing to do for keeping my hair forever.
I think i need something else besides e2 for the sake of my hair

I'm not too sure if you actually need E in your regimen, but if you already made your choice, 5mg EEn/week and duta 0.5mg/day should be plenty for like 90% of ppl to stabilize their hair. Tho if you didn't use duta prior, loading dose of 1mg for the first month might be useful.
I need to stop miniaturization and get regrowth for my diffuse thinning cause its gross one way or another , im doing 0.4 mo every 2 weeks

you have to get back on androcur or switch to bica. the thought of having 740 testosterone is making me want to vomit. how is that even possible with estradiol?
Is 740 test high considering I'm taking 2mg e and 2.5mg duta? When I start back on androcur, my shedding doubles. I'm considering doubling my estradiol to 4mg to lower T.

Is this trolling? I started with much worse hair condition and now I'm Norwood 0. You and I are the only people on the forum who were able to maintain Norwood 0, although we started going bald at an early age. All thanks to early treatment.

I wish it was trolling. You are lucky that you have been able to maintain NW0 for many years, but yeah I am with you that we are not bald now due to aggressive regimens, otherwise we would have been slick bald prob

Exactly what almas said. Most of u would be bald at my age 37 in a month without aggressive treatments lmao. Talk about shitty genes.
I admit I have shitty genes. As u can see i need not only estrogens but antiandrogens to keep my hair

I wish i was bald at 20, instead i was slowly balding throughout my entire adult life, which caused almost daily depression. Even started HRT at 35 because of it..
Did u take antipsychotics? Im taking it and it helped.

I took Prozac for 5 years, was ok, but stoped working after midlife crisis hit. Took my sisters haloperidol after that for a year. xD
I think ssris are useless but antipsychotics is the only stuff that worked for me, but idk how long will this work caude I have used it for like a weem

I was basically fried for all the next year after tapering off Haloperidol, so wouldn't recommend long term. It'll work tho.
I will stop after 4-8 week, cause i am using it for stomach issues not for mental issues
