Estradiol basically provides hair growth in a female pattern. Cis female cycle curve goes from ~50 to 250 back to 50pg/ml over the course of a month, so simulating that cycle might be the best for hair. That or some inbetween value could work too. Higher levels are acceptable too imo, tho elevated prolactin could cause hair loss (numbers must be huge afaik), elevated SHBG could be bad too cause it messes with insulin resistance.
im taking 25 mg cypro daily

I have tried all levels of estradiol from high to low and have not noticed any effect on the rate of hair growth. It is very slow anyway and takes years to recover.
how its going so far? What about the fat redistribution?Do you still have an overall boy body type? Also is it possible to lose weight while on it?I was 86 kg and now i weight 83 i hope fat redistribution will not be too much in my case

You'll have a butt like Nicki Minaj, at least a C cup breast, and no one will believe you're a man.

0.3ml is 15mg then, i see. You might be a slow absorber of estradiol, which prolonges your dose and leads to higher accumulation. That could mean that you need more than 2 month to stop test inhibition.
I will try 0.2ml injections every 2 weeks for a while and then get tested. Maybe 0.2ml every 3 weeks will become my permanent dose, although it is not recommended to inject enanthate less than once every 2 weeks. There is also estradiol undecanoate, its injections can be done once every 2 months.

No, I stopped exercising right when I started HRT. I maintain a healthy body fat percentage with a balanced diet.

This is from my reddit post, hope this helps.
Cypro is moderately safe short term, long term not so much. Over time it can cause brain tumors (meningioma, prolactinoma), overall elevates prolactine levels, depletes b12 in your body, can cause depression because it passes blood brain barrier etc.. You can keep using it with EEn for a month or two until levels stabilize, and than taper off slowly. but i'd honestly better stick to EEn mono or include Bicalutamide instead, cause it's relatively safer and more effective with good injection dose.
from what ive heard bica is pretty cope when talking about hair.Ive talked with a guy who took e2 and bica for 8 months and had 0 hair improvements.I think 5ar inibbhhitkr and aas are essential with e2

Finasteride can be omitted from HRT. I gave it up over a year ago. I only take Bicalutamide, but only to reduce the oiliness of my facial skin.
