You won’t be happy with that, stop blaming testosterone, it’s not the cause. This disease is cause by the cells communications not by hormones. Woman’s got pretty bad diffuse thinning as well even with really low testosterone and a lot estradiol.

My work leader is 35 and got very baad diffuse thinning, she has been to a doctor but everything is normal. She claims its stress related.

i think the genes is the same for both, mans and womans, they are activated by hormonal changes 100% but for some reason it much more common along the mans. Like i said, the only treatment is Gene therapy.

not in my case, but theres a lot people who respond to it. You can try but if you got no results in 2~3 months, you can quit because you wont be a responder.

Funny u say this. Im a personal assistant to a guy who is 35 with duchennes. He cant move at all just a tiny tiny bit with fingers. He is NW0 and his hair grows very fast.

It's over for ppl that couldnt maintain on dutasteride. At least with e2 u will have a chance to have better skin and less body hair, not that bad after all.

you had reflex hyperandrogenicity, i also got it when i tried finasteride, lost fairly 50% of my hair density. Ofc i got mad for lose my hair because a hair loss drug, and tried everything to recover the hair i lost, and in the end nothing ever worked. you can try HRT but I warn you that your chances are low.

I think its not ONLY androgens for people who dont respond to dutasteride or finasteride or even hrt. My hairline receeded and then stopped for years and still hasnt budged at age 37 soon. But got issues with diffuse loss. Which can be hormonal issues, health, or simply bad genes. or bad hair care or anything else.

My hairline is sh*t but not as bad as my diffuse. The diffuse on mid scalp is what destroys my hair, like I cant even style it I have severe diffuse i hate it. Ppl tends to think my hair is fine cause they only see pics of hairline but in reality it's much worse. Diffuse balders are doomed, and ppl does not even feel empathy because it's hard to see on camera with mid lenght hair...

It's rly over for me it getting bad very fast
