No, I dont plan to use it long term. I've been using it for like 2 months I think, but always with a two-three week between. It only helps with the painful scalp but the hair loss from the scarring can't be recovered

You won’t be happy with that, stop blaming testosterone, it’s not the cause. This disease is cause by the cells communications not by hormones. Woman’s got pretty bad diffuse thinning as well even with really low testosterone and a lot estradiol.

Same. I got a small *** head and skinny shaped. Not a nice square or round head. Im cursed too. I would have buzzed it long ago otherwise.

Tbh no one look good with bald head except for very few people

you had reflex hyperandrogenicity, i also got it when i tried finasteride, lost fairly 50% of my hair density. Ofc i got mad for lose my hair because a hair loss drug, and tried everything to recover the hair i lost, and in the end nothing ever worked. you can try HRT but I warn you that your chances are low.

why can’t applying estrogen gel straight to the scalp not eliminate the androgen activity and promote hair growth in the localized area? Not worried about side effects.

Impossible not to notice skin texture changes, if you deny it you are lying 100%.

I think you have missed this, pal. He is a completely lier if he says that HRT didnt improve his skin. Literally one of the stuff that makes you look more femenine on HRT is the skin changes.

If you don’t see any sign of progression in 3 months you can quit the medication, you won’t be a responder.



I’ve used really high dosages of HRT, like 150mg bica daily and 4MG estradiol valerate every 4 days, it didn’t change my mind or my behavior, not even my sex drive and sperm production. The problems only came after I quit the med, I presume I had no sexual hormones for a month till my body start producing again, i was producing 0 sperm, I could have an orgasm but with 0 outcome. Also I got gum recession in this time.

Yes it didn’t work.
Also before HRT I used finasteride and lost a lot hair because reflex hyperandrogenicity
