I think I saw a little improvement on my hair even tho my mid scalp is still fucked, but the hair feels thicker and darker and the temples are kinda regrowing. I will have the blood test results today or tuesday but I hope DHT gets finally low.

Yeah... Unfortunately mid scalp is sh*t. I think i developed scarring alopecia there cause nothing works... But reducing inflammation with clobetasol for a week must've been done something

Idk my DHT is chronically high. My Androstenedione, DHEA and DHEA-s slightly increased too cause I have slightly high cortisol. Maybe the powder was fake at the end of the day... I got back on bica to try to block some of the DHT alongside SHBG which is high and must be binding a lot into DHT. Btw my androstenediol glucoronide is also pretty low <0.09 so I barely have androgens in tissue

I developed so much body hair so I'm using bica to make it thinner.
but you could have hair issues i mean sheds and sh*t
i was going to add 25 mg pf cypro twice a week but im scared about high prolactin and worried about milk flow on the nipples.
Wtf boobs are a curse already but milky boobs im never going to accept it,never!!
So i dont know if im going just to stick with dutasteride and e2 or add an AA like spironolactone or bica.Toughts?

f*** i think i also developed lpp on top of Androgenetic Alopecia we're on the same boat and nothing works for scarring alopecia ( eve tried oral jak )
