Honestly from what I've seen the extent to which your face feminizes depends on the person, my backup plan was always to grow out my facial hair but never ended up feeling the need to.

if it's edema from minoxidil it will leave a dimple if you press it for a few seconds, you should probably go to a doctor

They are red and sense temperature from them, idk but no dimple when I press.
