Everything went downhills after the dht spike, my hair has never been the same till then, all points to Androgenetic Alopecia cause I have only 1 hair per shaft and different thickness (mostly miniaturized), that is what you see on Androgenetic Alopecia

Mostly 5ar1 prob. The thing is after a full month on dutasteride I dont see any single strand of hair growing under trichoscope, I expected at least few dots of thick hair growing but nothing but miniaturization

It's a stereotype that Asians respond well to treatment, just like it is that they don't go bald. I am an Asian who started going bald at 16 and for whom RU + Duta + Bicalutamide did not work.

Well i guess im just unlucky, but im not certainly sure if estradiol alone regrow hair on many ppl tho, usually minoxidil paired with e2 + dutasteride is what causes the best regrowth in my opinion

Upregulation prob, it only happened after i got on daily bicalutamide. Thing is the upregulation never went away, I'm waiting for my december blood test to confirm my dht is really lower

What I dont understand is that it seems that most ppl get watery semen to some extent from finasteride or dutasteride. But on 2.5mg dutasteride my semen was unchanged or even thicker hmmm.

Very weird. It never happened to me on dutasteride nor finasteride

As I always say, every body reacts different there is no way to predict what will happen to a person specifically when he/she takes a med. The body is so unpredictable sometimes

Most likely yes. When I was taking 25 mg of bica EOD I had less hair on my body and even on my beard. Now that i stopped it for a month already, I am getting hairy again.

As you can see per studies 14.4 mg is enough to reduce the hypertrichosis, so 25 mg EOD would be 100 mg a week and 14.4 mg ED is 100.8 mg a week so as you cant really take 14.4 mg the best bet is to use 25 mg EOD, which due to bica's half life it will be very similar than taking 14.4 mg ED.

Even tough it doesn seem to be guaranteed im gonna give it a try and that would be my last.At least im gonna have that peace of mind that ive tried everything i can for my hair.If after 1 year im still losing ground i will stop everything!

Same here. At least I tried the standard hairloss treatments, high dose dutasteride with high dose oral min and it didnt do JACK sh*t. So I feel hrt wouldnt be much better for me. Also I reached my limit with hairloss treatments. finasteride has already given me permanent weak ejaculation from a big shooter. Hrt would mess me up permanently 100%. I wouldnt mentally handle growing tits or see my male body change in any way. I feel male and love the male body so much that I wanna lick a man all over with my tongue.

Yeah I think it wouldn't be worth for you, the bad stuff outweights the benefits in your case, if you want to remain flat chested you rly shouldn't touch estradiol, since it will alter your nipple shape and you will start to accumulate fat on chest area 100%. It is not even a possible side effect, it is one of the very few stuff guaranted with hrt, even if you take meds like raloxifen you won't prevent chest grow 100%
