Raloxifene is expensive, and it does not relieve breast growth on HRT, even on Bicalutamide it does not prevent gynecomastia. Yes, my breasts will shrink between HRT cycles, but it's not a fact that I won't have to use it for a very long time, or constantly. I will also have to endure chest pain, my breasts will grow in one way or another
It is incorrect to compare this with FTM, because in their case the operation is much more complicated. They do liposuction, remove excess skin. I only need to remove the gland, and it is small. I won't have any trace of the operation. I want to have surgery before HRT, so as not to get injured. The earlier the better. I would like to do it this summer, because if I do it next year, I will lose a lot of baldness during this time. I have a chance to have surgery this summer and immediately start HRT before I lose my hair even more, but I am missing a measly $ 150. This money separates me from the victory over baldness

I will try to keep T at 300-500ng dl and take 75mg of Bicalutamide after HRT. As support. Let's see if it bears fruit

Usually, CPA is used to lower T, but estrogen is safer. Also, CPA is an androgen receptor agonist, which can lead to conflict with Bicalutamide. Possibly a low dose of estrogen will create a more supportive scalp environment than Bicalutamide alone and will help preserve hair
I would like to be able to keep my muscles in shape at least a little. In any case, I will no longer be able to fully gain muscle mass, but maybe I can have a male physique and work out with my weight on horizontal bars and uneven bars.

We will see. My financial situation is one where I have most things in retirement accounts and I am more willing if you get a consult about a breast reduction and go that direction but you don't even have any growth yet. In the U.S., we call this putting the horse in front of the plow. Most likely is that you get minimal breast growth like 90 percent of MtF's, yet you are all worked up about what hasn't happened. The leaner you stay, that will also help.
This site is not p**rn so I don't know why it has this name but look at reddiit /r/ftmporn to see what breast removal ends up looking like and I am not against them at all but you aren't FtM. Virtually every single breast removal that I have seen looks terrible, just terrible. This is not a well-developed surgery meaning that the results are variable. Plus on Ftmporn, these are supposed to be the men who are happiest with their look. So look into that and breast reduction but you can't browbeat us for money. I get no monetization from any of the sites I am or my blog even though I create a lot of the content on here. That's why I understand Rob English--he spends his life accumulating knowledge with very little way to monetize it.
My biggest hope is maybe to move into media at some point because Janey has that sort of personality. If I practice law again, I think that she could be a great trial lawyer which is what I did before I burned out. Anyway research mastectomy versus reduction and tell us your feelings after doing that and after looking at the removal pics on reddit.

This is an incorrect comparison. Now I have gynecomastia from Bicalutamide, only my glands will be removed. The glands are removed through small incisions. Are you talking about more difficult cases when breast growth is more pronounced
I don't even want small boobs, I like to wear a T-shirt. I don't want any breast. I spoke with the surgeon, after the operation there may be only short-term scars after stitches, but they will go away with time
I made the right decision, and I thought about it for a long time, as well as about any decision regarding my health or beauty.

Don't worry. This is not unusual. You were brought up in a repressed culture, just like I was. In toxic male culture, there is only one thing that is unforgivable and that is for another male to be a "sissy". Remember when Homer and Flanders had to wear dresses? That's because that is considered the most humiliating thing in the world for a male to do or have to do. That's why the Americans dressed up male prisoners in panties. The prisoners were from cultures that don't accept gay or sissy males and some times under penalty of death.

MTF somehow manages to build muscle. I also often hear that some people do not lose their muscles on HRT. As a rule, these are schemes with Bicalutamide, which does not lower T and allows the muscles to persist. I will try not to lower T to female values, but to keep it slightly higher in order to be able to maintain a male physique and do exercises with my own weight.
I'm not sure if I will get hair growth on such a scheme, but as a support it looks encouraging.
