Scalp DHT means nothing. How come finasteride and dutasteride produce very similar results although dutasteride blocks more scalp DHT. It’s because INTRAFOLLICULAR DHT is the only thing that matters. You’re going bald and it’s only going to get worse for you. Hahaha
Again look at the f*****g studies. Dutasteride regrows more hair than finasteride.

About bicalutamide. I went to the balding women Reddit and didn't find any posts of success with Bicalutamide. Bicalutamide is a useless hair crap that only worked on DHTcel and a couple of his friends.

If it blocks 20 percent more DHT how come it doesn’t regrow 20% more hair? That is because all that matters is what happens at the INTRAFOLLICULAR UNIT level - not the serum, not even the scalp.

Bica is like the dutasteride of HRT lol just causes crazy upregulation and increases T too much which eventually converts to DHT at the cellular level.

Why is HRT superior to dutasteride if dutasteride nukes scalp DHT? It’s because HRT nukes all androgens including scalp T which makes intrafollicular DHT super low.
Dude everyone in this f*****g world will agree that hrt is superior than dutasteride. I am not denying that. Dutasteride is pretty effective but it reduces scalp dht by only 50%. Whereas hrt almost nukes all the androgens in the body.

Yet you failed to understand the reasons why

BOTH 2.5mg dutasteride and HRT nuke scalp DHT. Then why does HRT have better results? Because scalp DHT doesn’t really matter. It’s intrafollicular unit DHT that matters. The cells can convert T into DHT, that is why.

Dutasteride is not the panacea. But it can be pretty effective for a majority of people. Millions of people take finasteride and dutasteride and they get good results and even scientific studies backs this claim.

Reading research is coping. I read studies on Finasteride - it helps in 90% of cases. Duta helps in 90% of cases. Bicalutamide is more powerful than both of them combined and has been successful in treating female pattern baldness (although I couldn't find any success stories of women with Bicalutamide when I tried searching on Reddit). Research into treatments for baldness is a parallel reality.

But when we return from research to reality, we do not see such results. Research is being done on balding boomers, and keeping a toilet rim on their head is considered a success. Let's do a study on those who started going bald at 16 and see what percentage can get back to NW0 lol.
The only thing that can be 90% effective is HRT.

But what you fail to understand is that not every male would want to be on hrt and look like a sissy.

You already look like a sissy
You already looks like one. Even me after 2 year of hrt look more masculine than you
Well what's your point? I am gay and like femboy aesthetics. Even if dutasteride doesn't work for me, I will start hrt anyway or get a minor hair transplant.

But You guys are missing the point here. I am not against hrt but there are treatments out there which are proven to work. Do they work better than hrt? Hell no. Hrt is the holy grail for hair regrowth.

If you want to be masculine you will be masculine even with HRT. Is about keep growing a beard using male clothes and being lean
