As expected, the last part of the recovery is the return of frequent morning wood. On many days I wake up with a semi or a full erection and on days where I don't wake up with one it gets really hard for some reason a few minutes after waking up. God I missed that feeling.
Factors that really seem to play a role:
- improved sleep: really try to have 8 hours these days
- Eating A LOT of cruciferous vegetables
- NOFAP
I feel so good at the moment physically that even the idea of microdosing topical finasteride with only 2 applications a week goes through my head again.
