Ye im pretty anti social person to begin with and to have to talk in court around lots of people will make me very nervous and stressed. I hate talking infront of even 10 people. My heart pounds fast and hard and my voice shakes. Im gonna drink a beer before court 100% to relax my nerves..alcohol makes you more brave and less stressed and calm.
