Anyone Else Convinced That Your Fathers Hairloss Is The Biggest Factor?

Look I know baldness comes from both sides but, after looking at all these forums and seeing many different cases, im pretty much convinced that ur dads hair is the biggest determinant in ur hairloss. Also, in real life I notice this too with my friends,cousins and even celebrities.

Im not saying that if ur dad is bald you will be bald too. Im saying that if ur dad balded young (<30) you can pretty much be sure you will too. Also, im not saying that just because ur dad has hair for life you will have hair for life too.

My dad is only just now at 50-something thinning diffusely and doesn't have much recession. I started doing that at 20 and I'm receding.

Mother's side of the family - uncle is NW4 at 30, other uncle is 4.5 at 38 or so.

Dad is 51 and norwood 2.5 with some early crown thinning. Im 20 and My hairline is a little better with no crown thinning ( yet )

Celebrities are awful examples lol .

Many of them are on treatments, for one .

It's definitely an unrealistic goal.

Which celebrities? And im saying specifically sons with fathers who went bald before 30 like for example justin bieber. It doesnt count if the son has hair at 25 but his dad went bald starting at 40. Not the same thing.

Why? What's the difference if the father under 30 or 40 got bald?

celebrities are no different from us.

Otherwise, the billionaire trump and all other men with money wouldn't be bald.

Celebrities have exactly the same options as we do with little money.

It definately makes a difference. Having a father who went bald at 25 is not the same as having a dad who went bald at 45.
