Aggressive Diffuse Thinning Is Hell!

Can I save this mess? I am 21 and have been thinning for about a year and a half. I have been on finasteride for 8 months and have probably only maintained. I want to give Dutasteride a shot in hopes that it will thicken up miniaturized hairs. Males in my family usually start to thin at 35. I am really depressed that my hair is going so young; it’s going rather aggressively as well. Any input would be appreciated. Am I a Norwood 2 or 3? Thanks!

How has your shed been on Finasteride? It’s brutal the amount that falls out each day for diffuse thinners. It’s sneaky and terrible.

Not really a shed, it was the same amount of hairs every day. Really weird, at most I would lose 25 in the shower.

Nobody really notices but it’s so obvious to me. I have to watch out for the sun because it makes my balding so obvious. I have to have a fringe so nobody notices my shitty hairline.

I had a terrible shed on finasteride, it wasn’t that bad to start, hopefully it’s on the way back

I used finasteride, have ordered 0.5mg avodart today, i’ll Give it a go,
