Why are you bothered by our presence? You dont need us to have that little voice in your balding head to tell you the UGLY TRUTH. Embrace it. You actually like us. Otherwise why would you be lurking our forum?

I like to see what the next instalment of bat**** crazy is from that forum! Why would I have any voices in my head? I'm not crying incel tears now am I? :)

Nope that's my own hair after much styling. I don't have to cry incel tears as I'm not an incel, sorry if that was too oblique!

I can and have accepted it. As to why it bothers me, my hairline has always been really high, and coupled with a big forehead. So my teeny tiny recession is much more noticeable. Have been on finasteride for 4.5 years, and thankfully caught it early. But I do have BDD, plus I'm what you chaps term a manlet, and I'm in my 30's, so like Logan's Run, don't I have to expire, in PUAHATE land? ;)

Madoror, do you think you have BDD?

But it hasn't been a death sentence for me though. I'd say it is a handicap, but I've done ok for a 5ft3 skinny, glasses wearing guy. I understand the overanalysis of physical attributes though, something I did for a long time. It made me very boring, and wonder if I was a narcissist eek!

You are Luka Magnotta and I claim my five dollars/pounds!

PS I have an attractive girlfriend, have slept with an average number of women, and that's from a normal looking "manlet". Surely such a thing is impossible?

Maldoror, you do realize striving for perfection is a form a BDD. Anyway here is some interesting info for you:

[h=1]The Body Project[/h]As children we are encouraged to idealize Barbie dolls and G.I. Joes, figures with body proportions that are virtually impossible to attain. As adults, women are taught to aspire to the physiques of super-models, and men to the sculpted bodies of professional athletes, again ideals that few of us could ever achieve. Trying to live up to these unrealistic body ideals can take a significant toll on us, taxing our self-esteem, our time and energy, and our wallets in pursuit of bodily perfection.
The Body Project was developed by the Women’s Studies Program of Bradley University in cooperation with the University’s Center for Wellness and Department of Sociology. We invite you to use this site

  • To challenge the way you think about current standards of beauty and fitness;
  • To locate books and videos, facilities and programs, activities, and courses to help you on your way to body acceptance;
  • To expand your understanding of the links between current body ideals and the political, economic and cultural force that shape them;
  • To get information and assistance with balanced nutrition and eating disorders;
  • To have your say on issues of body image and standards of beauty and fitness;
  • And to start down the path to a positive body image.
The Body Project is for women and men of all ages, in the Bradley community and beyond. Join us in increasing awareness and acceptance of the human body in all its shapes and sizes.

I expect not, and going by your assessment of me, I'd suggest an eye test ;) I'm about 8 and a half stone and not Jewish. Nothing to be offended about, although would be interesting to see a picture of you, as I'm sure to be dazzled!

Q. What's more pathetic than somebody who consults a pick-up artist?

A. Somebody who gets scammed by a pick-up artist and then goes online to cry about it...

I wouldn't say that that is my "looking ok" ideology. Not in the slightest. I'm pretty darn far from making children cry. Ok is just that, ok. Not amazing, not horrific either. It's ok, you couldn't bring me down even if you were to try, so please don't worry about me. I'm worried about you!

You know how many professors I had that I thought "man that a goofy looking guy" but girls always say they're hot? One in particular was a philosophy professor (pretentious little bastard but aren't most people studying philosophy?) Anyway, he was a short guy, no definition, bald, big head that was not proportionate to his body, and I was surprised to find that girls were attracted to him.

It seriously is a confidence thing, you own your look or your don't.

Living Corpse, are you "Whoreandpornftw" over at PUA Hate?

EDIT: No you're not, you're scarhead, the 51 year old invalid who wants to be a male model.

Yes, but with desire(or the usage of steriods) you can put some meat on youre bones. Gingers are despised in the uk.

I don't live in the UK but I highly doubt that a society with so many gingers really outcasts them like that. What about Damian Lewis, Jared Harris, Tony Curran, or even Martin Freeman (kind of ginger). All well respected celebrities.

key word, celebrities. They use self-deprecating humour to deflect from their appearance. Trust me when I say, by and large, ginger is seen as an inferior colour.
