  • hello, hope you are feeling better. Try some magnesium oil, it might make a significant difference, it did for me. Don't waste time on Oil, just by magnsium chloride flakes and mix with water (should be very cheap). Stay in sun more to make vitamin D and get some zinc. Eat Oats and spinach, they have magnesium, zinc and many other benefits (b6).
