Most people get their best results between 4-7 months so give at least another 2 months before you think like this.

You can't expect to see your full results at 4.5 months. You have great hair characteristics and I am sure it will be fine around the 11 or 12 month. It's normal to doubt your results but I think you need to be patient.

Be frank,Jean...What's your regimen?Your hair looks pretty thick before the second transplant.
Now it has been 8 MONTHS. Still absolutely TERRIBLE results. Havn't seen any new growth whatsoever the last 1-2 months. I could seriously have bought a hair transplant machine on ebay and let my friend do it for me, and got better results than this. 2620 grafts and yet the total amount of hair growth has been like 1000 strands?
I Went to Erdogan because guys on this forum recommended him and lauded him as a top surgeon, and now he destroyed my fkin hairline. Have to pull my original hair over to hide the transplanted hair because the density is so low. So fkin disappointed.

Looks like your are losing density all over too. Your hair looked so much better in your before photo above. Are you on finasteride and minoxidil? Maybe if your cut your hair short it will look better too.

You know Hair Transplants aren't guaranteed, right? Sometimes even what you would think would be an amazing candidate will get poor results. IT's what scares me most...I am terrified of spending so much time and energy on something that isn't guaranteed, but big risk/big reward in the transplant game.
You didn't say but it looks like you did an FUE, if it was FUT you probably would have come out perfect. I would ask for a total refund since you need another procedure and i would do FUT. The grafts must have been damaged. I wouldn't use this guy again either.
This is why I used to post not to do mega-sessions, because of crap like this. Lucky for you it wasn't 7000 grafts lost.

This result looks like a step backwards. Your original hair looked natural. I know how this feels though. That see through krap in the front makes it seem so off. I just hope it gets better for you. At least it isn’t as deep as other folks but it should be treatable. Some folks need to have areas like that excised if there is ridging and cobblestoning. Wish you the best. I know it ain’t easy.
If both FUE and FUT have the exact same result, then FUE was better since you don't have the major scar. However FUT has a higher probability of success between the two, so when someone had a bad FUE result in may not have happened with FUT. And I would not do another FUE after the first one failed. 3000 grafts is a lot to lose for one procedure, to compound that mistake by losing 6000 would be suicidal.
