25 Years Old, What Is My Situation?

Obviously I know I have male pattern baldness, lol. Okay I know it's a stupid question as it's bad, and I stupidly let it go for a couple years because I was so focused on my mental health (OCD and anxiety). I tried to get back on finasteride last year, but I have slight liver damage (not from finasteride) so now I have to sort out if it's okay...

What's my Norwood? Like 4? I do want to get back on finasteride and minoxidil ASAP and probably want to get a hair transplant in a couple years...is there any hope if I get back on finasteride in the next couple weeks? I'm not expecting magic, just setting up a solid foundation for a hair transplant.

If you're a good responder finasteride should help maintain what you have until you opt for the transplant. In the mean time, Toppik will work wonders for hiding the balding area on the crown. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I hope this helps. Good luck bro. I'm around the same age (26) so I know how much this sucks lol
