24M, significant diffuse thinning and receding hairline - is this salvageable?

current regimen:
1x finasteride 1mg every 2 days
minoxidil 5% liquid 2x daily
microneedling 1.5mm 1x weekly
ketoconazole shampoo once every 2 days

takes barely any time to do, worth a try.

Don't forget microneedling to get those new follicles. The foliica thread in the science and study section explains it all.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but unless you are a great responder to Dutasteride, which won’t regrow the hairline, I would suggest saving up for a hair transplant. Look at the bright side, you are still young and in your prime, you don’t have to wait for hair loss to affect your scalp and lose more time, as it’s already happened so you can go ahead with the transplant.

Routine looks good, maybe keto every 2 days is a bit much. Give it a year and see where you are. There is always avodart / dutastride to try later on

Thanks for your message. I've seen some people show pretty drastic results and i think with moderate growth i could pull the look off with longer hair

I don't understand the mechanics of it. It re-opens the folicles or randomly generate new ones by wounding?
