I have taken 1mg of finasteride every day for 8 days. Well 9 now.

Lol no dude, im not saying u would never have boner again.. If u stay on finasteride, it might be that u would never get a 100% boner. If u quit u will likely be back to normal after 2-3 weeks, probably earlier. About the zinc, it depends, 50mg top before bedtime, but u cant use this for too long, maybe 3 months on, then 1 month off, and keep it like this. Just google it!

If u cant live with the sides, quit. Try to wait 4-5 weeks and get back on finasteride, only 0.5 or 0.25. In the meantime u really need to get rid of ur depression, starting this drug while depressed is no good thing, trust me. Start to train, eat healthy, meditate, get good sleep and so on. Try not to think about the sides u might get, not easy tho, but can be done, meditation can help with this.

NO dude, just use a sharp knife They dont need to be EXACTLY the same size. Dont cut them all in half, only cut one at a time, when u eaten them, u cut a new pill. So every other day, you cut a pill in half

Just picked up minoxidil today from boots (UK store) and got some toppik online the smallest size to test. Cost me 6 pounds and I just used it.
All I can say is wow... wtf and not being paid at all or anything I promise, it is amazing?? For real!
Balding is f*****g horrible and has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied with most things... but this is the first thing in a while to genuinly please me
Do you guys use this and how has it been for you? It feels fine and I messed my hair up at the crown and still looks perfect!
I sound like one of these paid miracle workers haha, but 100% as you lot know from my posts I am far from that. Try it out if no one has.
Compare these pics with previous pics of my crown. Not doing it on hairline as that may look too odd

Anyone got any opinions on the toppik?
Just asking now will applying minoxidil on hairline grow back semi gone hairs? Or will these be lost soon as the outline of hair is still there just really thin.
(P.s this is after extreme excercise and my hair is really sweaty and greasy thus making it thinner than normal.)

bro just take propecia , and apply minoxidil to your whole scalp for 6 month , then come back to update
3 Week Update:
Not a lot to report regarding hair. Side effects seemed to have died down but still cant get random erections. Not sure if good or bad tbh.
I am going to start minoxidil foam 2x day. My thinnest parts are crown and around where i part my hair. Can i apply the foam around hairline or just stick to crown?

I shook my head over the sink today for about a minute and there were about 30 hairs. Most were small, just under an unch in size. Is this shedding from finasteride?
I always had hair come out when messing hair up with my hands before finasteride, but they were longer hairs and not quite as much as now since beginning finasteride.
Will keep updating.

Ye u can use minoxidil on hairline. Shedding might come from finasteride yes. I had the same with minoxidil, ALWAYS falling out some small, finer and blonder hair for å couple weeks.

I think they say you're suppose to shed for a while
So I feel ok on Finasteride and I see positive stories about growth and maintaining, however the last few weeks since taking it I have noticed itch is back slightlt at the moment and that my hairline has become even thinner than before finasterise...
Is this normal and will it grow back thicker down the line or have I lost this hair now as I look awful now at 21
I am hoping finasteride is and will do its job but getting worried at the moment.

Wait at least 6 month on finasteride alone to see the effect.
Then add minoxidil to thicken your crown

It's a patience game, keep up with the Finasteride and Minoxidil. Don't keep checking your hair every single week it will drive you insane, asses your situation 3-6months in as that's when the minoxidil kicks and make sure you're consistent with your applications. Also don't freak out when your starts shedding prefusely and takes a turn for the worse, it's all part of the process.

Doesn't really look worse but like the other posters said you need to was half a year before you notice anything.
