Ive been keeping a close look at my hairloss and keeping it shaved into the scalp either by razor sometimes slightly longer with and electric shaver.
I definitely know its a slow progression and diffuse... its thin then thick all over on top and the back and sides and I have a receded hairline...
tell me about it that's why I'm unsure if it is just plain old male pattern baldness or something else autoimmune on the go... my hair loss is so moth eaten looking... and with the skin looking like veiny cheese it aint a nice look tbh... no itch... no irritation nothing with it.
The images don't show it as well as the eye but you can see the blanching I talk about.... hair where there is still colour and hair missing where the scalp has white spotted areas.

hey Roberto, I had considered this but there is absolutely no itching, discomfort, stinging or tingling involved nor is there any flaking.... it had a similar look to blue vein cheese.... with chalk white areas where hair is missing surrounded by areas that are darker where the hair remains.
mega pissed off as many of you probably are too, I have been shaving my head for about 2 years right down to a zero.,.... you know the old vin diesel shaved look just enough hair to creat the shadow look and it's been cool.... am I gonna get as much *** as with hair nope but I was dealing with...
Just curious as i have been having issues with my scalp that may or may not be male pattern baldness related.... i won't go into the symptoms but will just say i have a lot of hormonal issues along with bad scalp conditions and ocd tendancies.
Would i be better visiting a dermatologist ? or would a hair clinic...
As you'll see here is where i have lost hair crown area and some random places and all these places have been effected by these hard stuck to the scalp flakes that when removed hair came with it.
See i'm not sure if it's the head clippers or the head clippers just make it much worse.
Before i started diffuse balding i used to get a lot of hard/sand paper like flakes on my scalp and they were pus when removed...
I don't get the pus flakes as much now but still have these red dots all...
after i shave zero grade all over, my scalp is pink and inflamed and my head is covered in what looks like purplish/red dots like chicken pox.. .they don't itch or anything.... then the following day they crust over or become pimples.
see at first i thought it might be alopecia areata, but the spots are nowhere near big enough... they are tiny and the hair around the spots are thick at maybe one side but then slightly thinner on the other side.
the best way to describe it is moth eaten looking.... you know when a moth eats...
So i have been shaving my head for a couple of years and i oil them and never feel any snagging or at least not enough to feel like hair has been ripped out... maybe i have no feeling in my scalp lol!
but every now and then after i shave it down to a 0 or 1 all over i notice little areas where...
