Yo,
Been doing a bunch of searching and want to try ACV on my scalp and internally but never found anyone who uses it explaining the best way to do this. Do I just use a dropper like I do minoxidil? Do I dip my head in a vat of ACV (I hope not)...experienced responses would be awesome. thanks...
So I had a transplant a month ago and on the back of my head there's still a line from the donor area. It's not the actual scar but it LOOKS like it's just the hair being uneven...should I shave it with a #3 to make it even or do I need to let it grow out?
Any experience would be nice.
Lookin' good dude! You can't tell anything was done, just looks like you have a good head of hair and you probably have more to come!
Can you tell me your experience with the scabbing? Did you do any scratching at it? Did you rub them off at all when they were dry? I created a thread on this...
Hey guys, I recently got a transplant and on day 6 the scabbing was in full effect. The scabs were already so loose that I didn't even pick at them, I could just lightly graze my hand over my hair and they would crumble off (sorry for the visual).
So I'm worried that I pulled out a bunch of...
Thinking about getting a hair transplant and recently had a consultation with a doctor. He tells me that contrary to popular belief the donor area is not detectable after it heals unless the surgeon did a poor job. He said basically that if you sat and studied the area really well you might be able to tell...
What you guys are saying is completely fair and I don't blame you for thinking that way, if I was in your shoes I would absolutely think the same thing. All I can say is I'm a very logical, down to earth, no jump to conclusion, facts only kind of guy and I am 100% positive that Avodart caused a...
From the list of ingredients it looks like they have some different methods of blocking and stimulating. That's what it appears to be anyway although I'll keep an open mind if someone has some different info for me.
Looks interesting thanks for posting ; can you give some cliff notes for it or an overall summary? I've always disliked reading things written by people who understand every micro-concept of a subject but lack the intelligence or know-how to present it in an easy to read format.
Ok so eventually my levels will return to normal...when I heard "irreversible" I thought it meant for the rest of my life my dht or 5arx would be changed. Thanks for clarification :)
After a ton of searching and researching on this site and others I've come to the following topical-only solution for me (getting off of dutasteride due to brain fog and zombie like state). Tell me if you guys know of anything wrong with this setup:
After work (5pm) : Apply Prox-N , wait 15-30 min then...
That's great! :sobbing:
Anywho, since your body continues to produce testosterone it would make sense to me that once the finasteride/dutasteride is completely out of your system (6months or however later) it will begin once again to convert into dht. Basically, I'm basing on my loose knowledge of how it...
Going through searches I find many people referring to 5ar1 and 5ar2 and reversible and irreversible. What do they mean by this? I can take a guess at it but I'd rather just know the facts. Thanks
I'm a big fan of the search function, use it all the time but I didn't find what I was looking for with this.
Has anyone had success with maintaining their haircount by using topicals only? If so, what're you using?
I've quit using Avodart and am not going to use any more drugs. That leaves me...
