After a ton of searching and researching on this site and others I've come to the following topical-only solution for me (getting off of dutasteride due to brain fog and zombie like state). Tell me if you guys know of anything wrong with this setup:

After work (5pm) : Apply Prox-N , wait 15-30 min then put on 5% minoxidil along with liquid hair signals

Night: Apply liquid spironolactone, wait 30 min, apply 5% minoxidil

Every other day Shampoo with Dr Lee's 2% nizoral & Salicylic Acid and use the Nano shampoo on the off days.

Good, bad? Additions? Things to remove?

Looks to be a very strong topical only regimen (if there is such a thing :dunno: )

Although I don't see the point in using hair signals when you are using Prox-N.

From the list of ingredients it looks like they have some different methods of blocking and stimulating. That's what it appears to be anyway although I'll keep an open mind if someone has some different info for me.

Why not switch dutasteride to finasteride?

I've contemplated it, I may get back on the finasteride (was on it for 8 years) if I see things take a big turn for the worse.
